All eyes of the football fans are currently fixated on Cristiano Ronaldo after the Portuguese star revealed his latest addition to his exotic car collection, dubbed as the “street monster.”
The fleet of luxury cars belonging to Portuguese football star Cristiano Ronaldo continues to expand. The forward, currently playing for Al Nassr, has recently acquired yet another Ferrari for his already impressive collection, this time opting for the Daytona SP3 model. This supercar belongs to Ferrari’s Icona series (similar to the Monza SP1 and SP2), boasting the most powerful naturally aspirated engine ever fitted in a road-going vehicle from this renowned brand.
Specifically, it features a 6.5-liter naturally aspirated V12 engine producing 840 horsepower at 9250 rpm and a peak torque of 697 Nm at 7250 rpm. Thanks to this, the Ferrari Daytona SP3 achieves a speed of 100 km/h in 2.85 seconds and accelerates to a maximum speed of 340 km/h. It’s worth noting that only 599 units of the Ferrari Daytona SP3 are being made available to the market.
Drawing inspiration from some of Ferrari’s most iconic models, the Daytona SP3 incorporates several distinctive features, such as a windshield reminiscent of those used in the Ferrari P3/4 race car from the 1960s. The starting price for the Ferrari Daytona SP3 is approximately two million euros, a figure that may astound many.
Furthermore, Cristiano Ronaldo’s former Juventus teammate, Stephy Mavididi, has divulged intriguing details about CR7 that have left a lasting impression. According to Mavididi, the forward boasts an impressive car collection and arrives for training sessions each day in a different luxury car. “Every day Ronaldo arrives for training in a different car. These are cars we’ve never seen before in our lives. They are all top-of-the-line sports cars, truly spectacular. I remember one time he showed up after watching a Formula 1 race in Monaco. The next day, Ronaldo arrived in an astonishing McLaren sports car. We had never seen a car like that before,” added Mavididi.
