Georgina Rodriguez, the partner of footballer Cristiano Ronaldo, who currently plays for Al Nassr, is facing intense criticism for allegedly neglecting her children’s education.
In matters of sophistication and extravagance, few WAGs can rival Georgina Rodriguez, the “partner” of the current forward for Al Nassr in the Saudi Pro League. At the end of January, Georgina hosted a stylish and impressive 30th birthday celebration, epitomizing the lifestyle of a millionaire. Specifically, to mark her 30th birthday milestone, Georgina jetted off to the Maldives, a paradise destination, to throw her birthday bash. What’s even more noteworthy is that Georgina rented a spacious villa with a private infinity pool, a private beach, and even a 24-hour butler service. This villa comes with a rental price tag of over 33,000 euros per night.
Recently, Georgina took to Instagram to showcase her most recent family vacation. It’s worth noting that Georgina has two biological children, Bella and Alana Martina, with Ronaldo. Meanwhile, Ronaldo’s other three children: Cristiano Jr. and the twins Eva and Mateo, were born via surrogacy. In the caption accompanying the photos of her boarding a private jet with her five children, the Spanish model enthusiastically wrote, “Let’s go to an amazing place with my kids.” Among these images, Georgina can be seen playing cards with Cristiano Jr., Ronaldo’s eldest son.
Despite the number of “likes,” many have criticized Georgina through comments such as, “Do Ronaldo’s children even go to school?” or “Georgina is amazing indeed, only focused on partying and neglecting the education of her children,” or “Because of Georgina, Ronaldo’s children are skipping school.” While she appears cheerful while sharing her travel experiences, Ronaldo’s partner unexpectedly faces criticism in a manner no one desires.
The intense criticism escalates further as supporters of Georgina vehemently retaliate, arguing that Georgina is fulfilling her role as a mother admirably. They suggest that Georgina and her children, both biological and surrogate, traveling with the Portuguese star, Cristiano Ronaldo, is nothing out of the ordinary. “Everyone has their own preferences and passions. It’s a matter of personal privacy and deserves respect. It’s ridiculous for some to scrutinize and mock others,” one of the defenses for Ronaldo’s partner, a five-time Ballon d’Or winner, stated.
Nevertheless, the aforementioned verbal sparring is causing undue nuisance for Ronaldo. It is worth mentioning that Ronaldo himself has recently faced a suspension and a fine of 10,000 riyals (the currency of Saudi Arabia, approximately equivalent to 2,600 USD) for misconduct during a match between Al Nassr and Al Shabab. The Portuguese star personally wrote to the Ethics and Disciplinary Committee of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation to explain that his provocative and vulgar behavior was, in fact, a common celebration style in Europe. However, the Saudi Arabian Football Federation rejected Cristiano Ronaldo’s defense.
