According to a report by La Gazzetta dello Sport, Napoli is actively seeking a successor to Victor Osimhen, with Santiago Gimenez emerging as the primary target. However, club president Aurelio De Laurentiis remains open to considering offers for Giovanni Simeone and Giacomo Raspadori.
Osimhen is anticipated to depart Napoli during the summer transfer window, given his contract includes a release clause estimated to be between €120m-€130m. La Gazzetta reports that Napoli has already pinpointed Feyenoord’s Santiago Gimenez as the ideal replacement for Osimhen. Gimenez, who has scored 21 goals in 25 appearances this season, is valued at approximately €50m by Feyenoord, as indicated by the publication.
Furthermore, Napoli may witness additional changes in their attacking lineup, with De Laurentiis reportedly willing to entertain offers for Simeone and Raspadori. The club president aims to secure a transfer fee exceeding the €35m he invested in acquiring Simeone from Sassuolo in 2022.
According to reports from Corriere dello Sport, Lazio has shown interest in Simeone, while Raspadori is being monitored by Inter.
