Inter midfielder Davide Frattesi reportedly experienced no physical discomfort despite being substituted off just two minutes after scoring Inter’s fourth goal against Atalanta on Wednesday evening.
Frattesi, who was brought on as a substitute, swiftly scored Inter’s fourth goal, and was subsequently substituted off again, all transpiring within a mere nine-minute interval during Wednesday’s significant victory over La Dea.
The 24-year-old has now tallied five goals in all competitions this season, notably finding the net in both of his previous two Serie A appearances against Lecce and Atalanta.
Frattesi was among the six players who convened at the Suning Training Centre on Thursday, notwithstanding the rest of the squad enjoying a day off following Wednesday’s Serie A fixture.
The remaining individuals, each carrying injuries of varying severity, included Hakan Calhanoglu, Marcus Thuram, Francesco Acerbi, Juan Cuadrado, and Stefano Sensi.
According to reports from Calciomercato.com, Frattesi exhibited no substantial pain on Thursday morning, thus obviating the necessity for further medical examinations by the club.
Inter will only initiate further investigations if Frattesi experiences any notable pain in the ensuing days, as per reports from Thursday. Presently, the former Sassuolo midfielder is capable of engaging in individual training sessions.
