Aston Villa and Brighton have expressed strong interest in acquiring the services of Leeds United’s talented player, Crysencio Summerville, during the upcoming summer transfer window.
Both Premier League clubs are looking to strengthen their attacking options for the next season and have identified Summerville as a top target.
The 22-year-old has been in exceptional form for Leeds this season, contributing with 16 goals and nine assists in 38 appearances across all competitions. Aston Villa and Brighton had previously shown interest in signing the Dutch winger in January, and now they are reigniting their pursuit and considering submitting offers during the off-season.
While Leeds may not be compelled to sell Summerville if they secure promotion back to the Premier League, failure to do so could put the futures of their key players at risk.
Regardless of their promotion status, Leeds could face bids for Summerville, as well as Archie Gray and Wilfried Gnonto, from other Premier League clubs this summer. Summerville, whose contract runs until 2026, attracted attention from several clubs during the previous transfer windows.
Leeds, who signed him for £1.3 million from Feyenoord in 2020, would expect to make a significant profit if they decide to sell him.
