Arsenal and Manchester United are both in the running to secure the services of Crystal Palace standout Michael Olise before the upcoming summer transfer window.
Arsenal is looking to bolster their attacking options by targeting the 22-year-old from their London counterparts.
Last year, Chelsea and Manchester City were also interested in acquiring Olise’s talents, but he ultimately decided to extend his contract with Crystal Palace until 2027.
Arsenal and Manchester United have both entered the competition with their fellow Premier League teams to secure the signing of the talented winger before the summer transfer window.
It has been reported that Serie A giants Juventus are also showing interest in acquiring the services of the promising French Under-21 international.
In a remarkable individual performance during Crystal Palace’s 5-2 victory over West Ham on Sunday (21 April), the left-footed Olise contributed with a goal and an assist.
However, his participation in the 2023-24 season has been limited due to a recurring hamstring injury from which he has recently recovered.
Despite this setback, the former Reading player has made a significant impact, starting in 10 out of his 14 appearances and impressively scoring seven goals while providing four assists.
Arsenal and Manchester City are highly likely to participate in the Champions League next season, whereas Manchester United and Chelsea are currently battling for European qualification in the lower ranks of the table.
