Kylian Mbappe has already signed his first Real Madrid contract according to MARCA.
As reported by multiple outlets including The Athletic, Mbappe last week informed current employers Paris Saint-Germain that he will leave them when he becomes a free agent after June 30. After years of speculation, Mbappe’s future is finally confirmed: he will join Real Madrid after signing a pre-contract agreement, ending his stint at PSG and becoming the club’s biggest signing of the 21st century.
Mbappé’s story is one of precocious talent and calculated decisions. As a teenager, he burst onto the scene with Monaco, guiding them to a league title and a Champions League semi-final before making a record-breaking move to PSG in 2017. There, he established himself as a dominant force, collecting trophies and individual accolades at an alarming rate.
Then in 2022, when he was again nearing free agency, Mbappe appeared set to complete a free transfer to the Bernabeu only to have his head turned by a monstrous offer PSG made.
The contract renewal with PSG helped Mbappe top Forbes’ list of the World’s Highest-Paid Soccer Players that year.
