Brighton will not buy Ansu Fati permanently after his loan contract with Barcelona ends. The Spanish player is of interest to Wolves, Sevilla and Valencia

As per the latest report from ‘Sport’, it is highly unlikely that Ansu Fati will continue his stay at Brighton. Unfortunately, the player has been unable to impress Roberto de Zerbi, which has led to his decision to return to Barcelona during the upcoming summer transfer window.

Barcelona, on the other hand, has multiple options available for a potential loan move for the talented striker. While Jorge Mendes might attempt to secure a loan deal with Wolves, both the player and the Spanish club have expressed their preference for a return to La Liga. Notably, Valencia and Sevilla have shown keen interest in acquiring his services.

Barcelona’s decision to loan Ansu Fati to Brighton & Hove Albion last summer did not go as planned. Unfortunately, injuries have hindered his progress and he has struggled to adapt. Despite playing 23 games this season, he has only started nine and has managed to score four goals and provide one assist.

However, it seems that Fati’s future at Barcelona is uncertain. De Zerbi, the coach, does not see him as part of the team beyond June, which means he will return to Barcelona once his loan ends in a couple of months. Even at Camp Nou, there doesn’t seem to be a place for him, and according to ‘Sport’, the club is already exploring options to find a way out for him.

Finding a new club for Ansu Fati shouldn’t be too challenging for Barcelona, considering his excellent reputation. In fact, there are already several potential options being considered. Fati’s agent, Jorge Mendes, is actively working on securing a deal.

While there is a possibility of a loan move to Wolves, both the player and Barcelona are not entirely convinced that staying in the Premier League is the best choice.

In La Liga, Valencia and Sevilla have shown interest in acquiring the young striker. However, due to financial constraints, they may not be able to afford his full fee. If Barcelona wants to place Fati at either of these Spanish clubs, they would have to continue paying a portion of his salary.
